ABOUT US

We provide performance management and sales skills training to companies and individuals.

uPerformance was formed in 2000 because we felt the focus needed to be put back on to the person being trained. Our previous experience of training companies was that training was all about the theory and material not the person and the performance required to do the job.

We felt we needed to provide a fresh approach, providing a combination of theory and practical elements. In short, training that focuses on doing the job and developing your ability while complementing your style.

OUR PEOPLE

Jan Doyle - Founder Director
Jan has a strong background as a Sales, Contact Centre and Customer Service Manager at British Airways. This experience gives her genuine credibility and insight as a sales, service and performance management specialist. She is passionate about helping people learn and develop their true potential. For this reason she founded uPerformance in 2000, creating a training company that helps people grow, identifying and nurturing their ability to perform to the best they can be. Jan graduated from University of Leicester and holds the Diploma in Human Resource Management.

Trudy Keith - Associate
Trudy has been in sales consultancy since 2008 working with a number of blue chip organisations after a long career at British Airways in the commercial area and sales force effectiveness. Trudy is a commercially astute, delivery focused professional with a proven record of success in the areas of sales and training. Motivated by making things happen, and passionate about helping people improve performance. Trudy is highly credible, with experience of implementing and driving sustainable behaviour change. Trudy graduated from University of Bristol with a joint Honours Degree in French & German.

Rosie Nice- Associate
Rosie has been working in the field of consultancy since 1997. She has worked as a consultant to a number of blue chip companies. Her aim is to work with her clients to enhance business success through the development of individuals and teams. Her consultancy and training skills are supported by 7 years experience in Sales as an Account Manager. She graduated from Cambridge and has recently completed a Certificate in Life Coaching.

Jane Owens - Associate
Jane has a wealth of experience in all aspects of skills and management training. Since 1993 she has worked as an independent training consultant following her role as Sales Manager for Canon UK and Sales Training Manager. In addition to training delivery Jane has also worked extensively with clients to evaluate the impact of programmes and to support the smooth embedding of skills and techniques within the workplace.

Lesley Duscherer - Associate
Since 1995 Lesley has worked as a training consultant with FTSE100 clients as well as SME's in a wide variety of industries. Her aim is to enthuse her delegates and ensure they have tangible, practical training that allows them to return to their jobs with extra skills and the motivation to put them into practise. Lesley holds certificates issued by McKenna Breen as an NLP Advanced Master Practitioner and NLP Business Practitioner. She has also trained as a Life Coach with the Coaching Academy.
